Ingredients
Meatball:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/3 Cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
- 2 tbs Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Majoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- Dash of Pepper
Sauce:
- 2 Cups of Tomato Sauce
- 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients for meatballs.
- Shape into each size, about 1” in size.
- Place meatball in casserole dish that will hold them with enough room to add sauce
- In a small pot, combine ingredients for the sauce. Bring to boil.
- Add the sauce to the meatballs. (I like to drizzle them on top of the meatball before I pour the rest onto the dish.)
- Cover casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the foil (WARNING HOT STEAM) turn meatballs over, recover and continue to bake for another 30 mins.
Serve with your favorite pasta and/or garlic toast. If you want more sauce for your pasta feel free to add a little more tomato sauce.
